How do I change the pollen filter on my 96 C280?
Hello,
I've got the filter, but for the life of me don't see where it goes.
Now, on my Vw Golf TDI, this change is as simple as removing 2 screws....
Any help would be appreciated.

If it's like the one on my 2000 C280, look under the passnger's side. I recall
having to remove 2-3 screws on the outer cover/liner then needed to move
two white clips to the side (or off). You then need to pull it down as it's
tucked in there. Inside of car!!! My GTI was like you said. This was totally
different.
