Unhappy cylinder misfire

hey! i have been going through some problems with my c240. it has a m112.940 swap, so it is powered by a 3.2 v6 that came from a clk 320. The car started to act strange a few weeks ago. basicaly when i go WOT the engine starts a misfire on cylinders 1 and 6. First i noticed that unplugging the cylinder 1 and 6 coils would not change absolutely anything. when i turned off the engine and turned back on, it would work perfectly again. I swapped coils and cables but the problem kept happening. i took a sparkplug out of cylinder 1 and it looked really good, sso i dont think thats the problem. My obd2 only shows the codes P0301 and P0306 (for misfire on cylinders 1 and 6) and code P0300 (for multiple cylinder misfire). But there are important things to consider: Fuel isnt a problem. I know my fuel is good because i have other cars that enters emergency mode instantly when the fuel is bad and i fill up both cars on the same station. I also cylinder on now shows a misfire code on the obd but there is a big difference when i unplug the coil. The most important detail is that a few days ago i took the car out and tested it. Pressed the pedal many times, WOT! and nothing happened. the misfires didnt start But i checked all 6 coils with the engine on and cylinder 6 acted weird. When i unplugged the coil, the engine started the misfire but when i plugged it back in, the misfire didnt stop, so it is related to ignition, i think, right? i checked and the wire that connects to the coil had 12v. As i said, the coils were swapped and the misfire kept happening on the same cylinders, so coils are no problem. same with the cables, and they all read 2k ohms, which is right. What do you think is happening? maybe a MAF problem? Or maybe a crankshaft sensor? Can someone help me?
