ARE they people? Or are they the devil's minions sent to be very vague about what the problem is and cast down spells of non-reproducable noises with our cars. They've come to enchant us with promises of being done tomorrow and delude us into paying exorbitant amounts of money for tire rotations and the like. :v

Has happened 3 times now. Still nothing, driving around in a jeep liberty sucks, that's the rental you get here..
