A spacer in the front isn't a bad thing is it? What will it do to the car? Can anyone please give any info on spacers and the difference in the ride, the look, anything. Any info would be appreciated. I went to put my rims on and doesn't fit over the caliper. I have to use a spacer. The tire guy said a quater inch would do. Is this a big deal? Will it look bad, will it effect the ride or the tire, will it rub. The fronts are 18x8.5 with 225/40/18. Thanks for any help.

Eric

all i know about spacers is that they increase the rotating mass of your wheels requiring more energy to spin, making your acceleration a little bit slower. (just like a big brake kit)

just make sure that the lugs are in good (ie more than 4 rotations into the hub)
