Security Deposit Question On A Leased Car?
Hi guy's
It's been over a month now since i gave my c230 back to the dealer. I have not got my security deposit back from MB.
This was a leased car and i had $450 security deposit on it. They said i would get that money back but so far nothing.
There was nothing wrong with the car upon inspection. Everything was 100% on the car when turned in to the dealer.
How long does it take MB to send that money back. Did you guy's get yours back this late?

i see that you have a BMW X5 so i'm guessing you gave your MB back and did not purchase/lease another? if so, how did you pay the deposition fee at lease end? if you don't pay it, they usually take it from your security deposit. however if you get another MB, they would waive the deposition fee and security deposit on the new vehicle.

What is a Deposition fee? 
I don't think we have that in canada? I had a 36 months lease with 60000km limit. Everything was paid at signing 3 years ago. It is a walkaway lease end.
