Pics of my C320

Finally, I've got the pics!!! It looks pretty good now, but when I'm done, it will look sweet.

Right now I have the 19" chrome Carlsson 1/6 evos on P7000 Pirelli's with chrome lug bolts covers and the Mercedes silver valve stem cap. I've also added the CL style grill, chrome front and back license plate frames, a wind defelcter for the sunroof, rear seat cover, and the SL pedal covers. The car is equiped with the C2, C4, full Ash leather, Xenons, and a six disc changer.

My future mods are navigation (either the new DVD based MB or aftermarket), entertainment system, illuminated door sills in blue, wood and leather steering wheel, wood and alluminum shift knob, Lorinser body kit with DTM dual oval exhaust (if anyone has this exhaust, please give me some feedback as to the performance and install $$$), Kleeman engine upgrade to c32K, and possibly Brembo brakes in sliver. I would like some feedback on which mod I should do next.

I would like to thank everyone on this website for always being so helpful and well informed. I love to look at all the awesome Benzs and hope you like mine. Thanks again for all the info and help.

Did you get all 3 pieces (Accel, Brake and E-Brake) of SL pedal?
Can you provide me the part number for Accel pedal?
Thanks!

very sweet ride

Those wheels are very nice. Do they offer them without the chrome as well? Those 19" wheels are seriously phat. I think only one other person that I remember had 19's on his C class. Thanks for the pics. Ride it well. These cars are made for cruisin'.

Very nice ride... Just be careful with those 19s... not much rubber between them and the potholes, right?

Send a pic of the pedals if you can....I was thinking of doing this w/ my 320, and would like to see what they look like. Glad to hear someone else was thinking of this.....I felt kind of silly adding pedals to an automatic, but I guess it's all about appearances.

Not yet. The e-brake is on backorder, they said it would probally be another week. The gas pedal is still a mystery. I put up another post today trying to figure it out but so far no one on this website of at my local dealerships knows the actual part number. I even took the gas pedal cover off one of the new 2003 SL500 at the dealership and tried to order the part number on the reverse side of the pedal cover and it didn't come up as a valid part number. If anyone figures it out, please post it asap.

Yes, Carlsson has these rims in 18 and 19" sizes in both brilliant silver finish and chrome finish. They have 8.5" and 10" widths available if you want to get the staggered look, but you'll have to roll your fenders and it seemed like too much trouble for me, so I just got the same size all the way around. This way you can also rotate all four of your tires to get max tread life.

Here is a pic of the brake pedal with the SL cover. The e-brake cover is on backorder until whenever and the Gas pedal cover part number is still a big mystery. Hopefully someone will come up with it soon.

You really should get the flat hood badge. Both stars up front is really too much. I got the same grille on my silver C240 and had to drive around for a whole day before getting a chance to replace the hood star!

If you gonna go heavy on the performance, i think you should sell your car and buy the C32 instead.

First off, the AMG is like $15,000 more than a C320 and I can't afford to drop that at once. I can affod to mod the hell out of a nicely equiped C over time. Personally, I would rather take a custon 320 than a stock C32. Second, I didn't like the interior of the AMG, I like the wood. Third, I don't like the body kit. I love the look of the Lorinser kit and can't wait to get one for my C.

I agree...instead of modding the hell out of the C320, just go for the C32 (finance the crap out of it!) and switch out the interior to wood and whatever else you don't like.

you should be able to get a C32 for $50k with lo miles !!!

Keep in mind that by modding the hell out of the 320, the value of your car will drop like a rock. If you had to turn around and sell it, you'd get raped on the deal.

but just do whatever makes you happy.....

its about individual's taste.

I'll defend E's point. What's the fun of getting a stock car and keeping it that way? I'd much rather mod it and make it unique.
