Ordering AMG Style III (STAGGERED)?

If i order these rims it says to add $2140. With a brand new car will i still get the 5 spoke in addition? That way i could sell the 5-spoke and recoop some of the cost. And does anyone know dealer cost on these rims and are the rims something you can negotiate on? Thanks.

I really like the looks of the amg III's on the c230. And i like the 17's i wouldn't want to go anything bigger.

i suppose you mean to get the new style III from the dealership?? if that's the case, NO you won't get the regular rims along w/ the style III. Just get the rims somewhere else after you get the car. Buying rims from dealership is the most stupid thing one can do because we all know dealership over charges everything

I don't think you're totally correct on this one Frank. If one pays the inflated stealer accessory price the original wheels still belong to you. The site does not mention exchange pricing. Now I grant you that some dealers might try to keep the originals.
On your other point you are correct. But sometimes people will do it anyway because of financing or other reasons.

Well i see that they have a simular style on tirerack.com are these fairly the same rims?

I would have to beleive that i would get both rims since when you check the option of adding those rims on mbusa.com it says does not included tires. I can't imagine that $2100 is the price for a trade up in rims.

stand corrected.

anywayz, if that price doesn't include the tires then it would be cheaper to get it some where else. If you are talking about the AMG new style III, then it is the same no matter who sells it. Unless there's a mix up and they send you the old style III.

They say that they are AMG rims at Tirerack. 229 for fronts and 379 for backs. 1216 total. What a difference from the stealership at $2142. What a markup. Think i'll wait to get them from tirerack and than sell my originals.
