Haven't tried it yet on my wife's C320 SS,
will probably have to remove the rear bumper. No biggie though.
but on my C320 SC...
no need to remove the rear bumper, as the sensors attach to the rear bumper strip. So I just pulled that off, attached the sensors into their clips & rear PTS harness, and re-attached strip to bumper.
Here's how it ended up on the Sports Coupé:

I have installed the OEM parktronic, and Yes you need to remove the rear bumper in order to install the wire harness. With the OEM install, you also have to gut the interior and trunk lining as well.
