Why don't MBs have child-locks?

Has anyone fitted the actual ROW mechanisms which allow you to open the door with handle pull if the vehicle is locked, like the front?
This video shows typical child lock safety lever. (Video poster had unique situation where child lock was on AND his outside handle non-operational)
