This morning it was raining here in cali. My brother started my car for me because he had to go to work 1st. He turned on the windshield wipers to clear the front glass and i saw steam? I told him to do it again and again i saw steam. WTF was that? Am i losing it or are the windshield wipers heated?
I touched the wipers after but i didnt feel any heat.

 

You are just seeing the evaporation from the extremely thin film of water that is left on the windshield, kind of like seeing how fog is made. Has to do with air temp, dew point, and all that jazz.
