FYI: for the new prospective owners of MB cars make sure you have all your tools and equipments in the car before you drive off the dealership. I had a flat the tire the other day and found out I have no jack in my car. Dealer wont replace it nor MBUSA. They said I would have to buy another jack if I want one.

Similar thing happened to me with Habberstad BMW in Huntington, Long Island. Kids working in the service department stole my full size spare and then they wanted me to pay $550 to replace it before lease end. So i bought a used bent rim, put it on the car, put the good one in the trunk and turned it in like that. This rim was mangled pretty bad too on the inside. Car drove viscious on the parkway. how much is it to replace the jack?

They are the official wreckers / etc. for MBUSA. They will have one or twenty in good shape. Ask for Pat.

That's so gay.
Not only should they give the dealer give you a new one, they should beg on their knees for your forgiveness. I mean, the jack is pretty essential to the well being of you and your car.
