I think that's what all C's come standard with..the leather inserts...you can tell the difference when you are in the car but you may not be able to tell much with pictures.....

To be a little more specific, leather inserts are standard on all C Class sedans. As we know, the coupe has cloth as standard, and only has the premium leather upgrade available.

On the sedans, the insert is the same leather whether you get the premium upgrade or not. The premium upgrade includes leather on the side bolsters, headrests and door trim inserts. When I bought my C240 last summer, I saw the two interiors side by side, and when I did, I realized it was very difficult for anyone to tell the difference. The MB-Tex material used on the bolsters looks and feels very much like the leather counterparts. If someone is "in the know", there are 2 clues which set the two trims apart. First, there is double-row stitching around the outer parts of the seats and headrests on the premium interior which looks a little nicer. Also, the door trim panels are "gathered" rather than smooth. I'd suggest using the $1400 toward another option, like C1. Actually, I decided to add Xenons at the last minute and I didn't get C1 which I now somewhat regret.

I don't know which model you're talking about. On the C320, the C1 package is standard. On the C240, you get "partial" electric seats standard -- the height and recline are power, while the fore-and-aft, and seat bottom angle are manual. C1 gives you the full power seats, power tilt and telescope steering wheel (instead of manual) and a memory system for the whole thing. Plus, the passenger side view mirror can also tilt down when backing up if you activate the option through the "settings" screen w/ the computer.
