If you are committed to leasing, they have a special on the money factor (i.e. interest rate) right now. Ever consider MB's "Retail Balloon"? It might be a better option...it's structured just like a lease (you're paying for the value of the car you actually use), but your options are more flexible at the end...can trade in or sell. Interest rate is higher, but payments are way less than traditional financing.

39 month leases blow...hard. you have to pay for a full year's registration and keep the car 3 extra months? The money factor is never that much lower and the residual sinks down, stay with 36 or 48 mos.
