Center Console Question

Saw something new today.....has anyone noticed the plastic slots on the underside of the arm rest? It looks kind of like you could use it to store business cards. What is this for?

youre right, its for business cards, my A160 had business card holders in its glove compartment cover.

I noticed this in my 2001 C320 but couldn't figured out what it is. Thought this serves no purpose and ignores. Thanx.

Good for holding plastic parking access cards, ID cards, I put my employee badge there so i don't forget it the next day.
