I got the service done at Smythe.. But once Beshoff opened I drove there instead... My service advisor there no longer works at that dealership so I don't know who to talk to in regards to that..

You paid 750, I'd definatly consider submitting that to your ins. company. Most insurance companies will pay for a new windscreen, as it decreases your odds of getting into an accident.
