fooking service advisors

if u goto fletcher jones for service, do not goto tim sullivan. what a pain in the ****. i went in for my 1000 mile service but called ahead to let them know i had other issues.
ok so i tell him the car drifts to the right, first thing he does is wanna go for a test drive, im like ok fine, As the car is drifiting, and he sees that, he is like thats normal, its probably the road. i was like WTF

next my right back door doesnt open or close smoothly, u have to slam it. he gives it a try, says thats normal, i was like wtf, he tried the others dooors whihc are much smoother, and then states, see they are the same. i wanted to knock him out, wtf.

next was with my trunk lid, yeah i put the c55 spoiler on it, but i walked around the lot before hand and tried half a dozen c55s' and they poped all the way up. the SA then gives me lip that the c55 trunk is different that the c320 etc . he obviously had no interest in doing anything for me.

what were they even supposed to do for the regular 1000 mile service anyways,

My car also drifted right when I first got it, and my SA didn't ask any questions, just ordered an alignment for it, now it's straight. My service advisor at FJ is Chris Grogan. He's a good guy, doesn't ask many questions, just takes care of whatever problems I have.

The Fletcher Jones up here in Vegas is great and have no problems fixing anything, no BS.

Oh..and the free car washes and free Starbucks isn't bad either!

my friend's c320 had the same problem the back door (I don't remember which side it was) and he brought it in to the dealer to get it fixed. They worked on the door for a day but they didn't fix it. My friend said there was no improvement.

complain to his boss and give a bad review. Next time you come in he'll prolly be kissing your *** or just completely ignore you and have someone else help you.

Sounds like he's just an ***,

HEre in Vancouver, I tell my SA, that the sunroof is sweaking, he gets them to replace the felt part and lubed the whole thing, for free. I told him the chair squeaked, he lubed the whole thing. NO questions asked.

He dosen't really care, I get all my settings changed for free, no questions asked.

Great service.

agreed, he sounds like the sa i have back home. my other service advisor, about an hour and a half drive from home, is much better, does anything i ask and even fixes things i dont ask for. (i.e.-my cup holder, it worked fine for me with no broken parts, but as he was fixing something else in the car he noted that the mechanism seemed slow and felt like it was sticking so just replaced it for me without me knowing until i read the service sheet ) heck, he even replaced a part for me for free under warranty when i was the one that screwed it up! (front dome assembly)

excites your girlfriend
my car is starting to drift to the right again, i think it's because of the sport wheels/tires and the angle of the road surface...
as for the trunk lid, there is a spring on the hinges that you need to adjust if you have installed the C55 lip, open the trunk and look near the hinges, you need to move the spring to a higher level so the trunk will pop open all the way!
hope that helps.
