Finally done!
Finally done, well for now. I finally got the rims on, no problems, with the grill. Windows are tinted 50% with lumar film.
First off, the rims are ASA ST4 in chrome. 19 X 8.5" in the front with 235/35/19 and the rear are 19 X 9.5" with 245/35/19. The front offset is 37 plus a 10 mm spacer, the rears are 31 offset.
Second, the grill is the CL grill from formymercedes. It fits perfectly and looks great. Only complaint is the hood release is a royal pain in the *** to work. The hood release "holder" fell off, and even when it was on, it did not allow the release to pop out when you pulled the hood release inside the car. You have to pull the release, then go to the hood, and push it back, then pull down a little to get it to pop out so you can open the hood. It is a little flimsier than the stock grill. Other than that, its OK.

nice tint and great looking chrome rims ! From a distance they look like the 2-piece AMG Style IV's.
A lot of people have the CL-style grill from ForMyMercedes.com.
My wife has it on her C320 SportSedan, and it looks good, but it's all over the place now !
No problems with the hood release though. If it's broken, you should have the dealer replace it.

The little tab that normally sticks out of the OEM grille when you pull the hood release handle under the dash, doesn't stick out with the formymercedes grille. Also the little chrome strips on the front of the formymercedes grille aren't as solidly attached as I would have liked.

Legal in NY is 70% all the way around, 50% is illegal anyway. But it is as light as I can stand. I don't want to get rolled. Tickets suck.

HITTIN160s, heres my info on lowering and my experience...
Finally got my rims and H&R cupkit! The rims finally off back order for 6 weeks are; TSW BRemma 19x8.5 front 19x19.5 rear with 1.5 inch lip et32 front et 35 rear; feel light (aluminum) Falken tires 225/35/19 front 245/35/19 rear. Still awaiting #4 pad from dealer for rear springs so i told my mechanic to only install the front of the cupkit. It lowered the front another 1 inch or so. Was debating to cut 1/2 a coil But you guys scared me out of it. I have a heavy bass box in back and I don't think I will be needing to install the rear 1/2 of kit. Rear sits almost where i want it to and no issues with camber, bumpier ride or excess wearing of rear tires. As for the ride, i was ready to have the bumpiest ride in the city but it's so smooth! I can't believe it. I can hardly tell the difference with the 19's and cupkit from factory. I think other people are overestimating the bumpiness. Then again I'm not picky. But it rides great and does not rub even with the bass box and 2 fat chicks in the back on the thruway. Now where can i get wheel locks that are the right length?
Yo, I'm from southbuffalo/lackawanna and an going to be driving up june 30th through the 6th to have fun on the 4th. We should meet up and heat up the block together!!!
