Well I just picked up new C230K yesterday. I got the Bose system in it with NO cd changer, because I was planning on replacing the headunit with an aftermarket Sony HU that played MP3's. Well it looks like the Sony + Bose = incompatible. So I think I am going to completely remove the Bose system, headunit and amp and sell it. Then I will get that HU and another amp and speakers (all aftermarket). Too bad I have to resort to this, because I really like how the Bose system sounds. But MP3's are pretty much all I listen to and I need a new HU for that.

Anyways, if I did this, would anyone here be interested in purchasing the entire Bose system from me? The dealer upgrade for this is just over $600 but I would be happy to sell it for $400 or less. And I just got the car yesterday so it obviously has not been used hardly at all.

By the way, how difficult do you guys think it would be to take this stuff apart and take out the entire Bose system?

Anyways, I'm just throwing this out there if anyone might be interested.
