CD Changer After-the-fact Installation
Now that I have been driving my new C180K for a few weeks, I realize that the sales person didn't do a very good job convincing me of the importance of the CD changer when one gets COMAND. I had opted not to get it because I don't normally listen to so many CDs on the road, but now I realize that with the map DVD inserted, you can't listen to music CDs (and one can't give up those wonderful maps).
Question: has anyone installed an original MB CD changer through the dealer, after the car has left the factory? I understand it goes in the glove box -- does it leave any usable space in the already smallish gbox?
Thanks -- Bob

I was thinking of gettin a OEM 6 cd changer for my car.... but then i saw the price... around 500 ! Which is a total ripoff for a big bulky 6cd changer. Anyways i just got a tape adaptor, put it into the cassette player, n hooked up my ipod to it. It's pretty ghetto :p but i get great sound and it looks pretty clean.
