I have an 04 C230k auto, and in two specific situations, my car manages to stutter in regular driving. Yesterday I was in stop-and-go traffic, in comfort mode (so starting in 2nd), and in some situations where I stopped and then pressed the gas, it would just stutter, as if trying to go into first then deciding against it. I've also had this happen, both in S and in C modes, making a right turn to go up my hill off the main road going home. Going at about 15mph around the turn, it just can't seem to decide to stay in 1st or go to 2nd, or in C, it should just stay in 2nd. Usually it happens when I'm rolling at 5-15mph.

Most people I saw with this problem were having trouble with higher gears, and/or loss of power, so it doesn't really apply here. Anyone else experience this, and was the dealer able to remedy it? Thanks in advance.
