hell ive been paced on the 5 a thousand times. it might look safe but there are cops there at all hours. they know the flow of traffic is often around 90 and they love to catch people. the 15 is so wide in some places (north of SD) that it makes something like this very simple. im no local to SD but i do know that i have done speeds I would rather not talk about along the 15 in the late eve.
its a risk anywhere... i was thinking of the 10 on the way to palm springs but who has the time to haul their rears out there to solve this debate.
we just used the 101 in ventura county and thats not exactly the best place either.
is it worth your right to drive to solve this?
