Any differences in trunk lid between all the years and models of W203?

Any differences in trunk lid between all the years and models of W203?
Were there any differences in the shape of the trunk lid, mainly the duck-bill edge between all the models and years of W203 including the C32? Or are all the trunk lids for c230, c240, c32 exactly the same.

I believe the design is exactly the same for all the sedans, based on the assumption that MB would not spend money to re-tool this major part in mid cycle. Other opinions?
