I Have A Silver C240 2003 And When I Was Cleaning My Car I Saw That I Have Many Little Nicks And Scratches On The Car. They Are Like Little Chipped Pieces. What Can I Do To Get Rid Of Them?

Not much you can do. Some people replace the chips with obvious blobs of touch up paint but I think it looks worse. You can repaint the front, seen someone do that and then got a clear bra to protect the new paint but that will cost thousands to do it right. It's that old MB paint, doesn't hold up well against chips and swirls. My 2002 had hundreds of rock chips in the front after a year. My 2004.5 with the nano paint has a few, maybe 3-4 and no swirls (despite that my dealer washes the car for free every week) after a year.
Now if you are into experimenting, check out langka, they sell some miracle liquid that will transform a touchup paint blob into smooth flat paint. Some peope had sucess, some didn't, it's your $20.
