Agressive Driving
So I bought my car back in December, I let it sit around up until now and really have been driving it around now (2,500 miles on the odo)
The c240 is def not a car intended to race but I treat it as such. Most of the time I'm flooring it (when i reach ideal engine temp) and alot of the time I redline, make quick lane changes, and overall drive very agressive and hard.
The cars automatic but I still feel like I'm treating my engine like sh_t and redlining often will wear down my tranny in 3 years or less...problem is that I cant aviod not driving so fast..Are my feelings right or was the car designed to be driven like this?

So just so I can go to sleep tonight, please tell me that besides getting a flat tire and bending a rim (which didnt occur) there is no other harm a pothole could do to my car,,for instance mess up my shocks or suspension and what not?

Save your shekels, and when you get the Benjimins (about 500) for an AMG C55, see your dealer to discover truly agressive driving.
If you continue to drive your current Benz in the fashion described, please toss one of these in the trunk (boot for UK members!)

I'd be more worried about damage to the suspension component than to the rims/tires. Had to have my front arm links changed twice already, once for the right side, and the second time for both side.. comes up to close to 2000$. slalom around potholes, but whatever you do, don't brake in one, that's where most of the damage comes, if you can't avoid it, slow down as much as possible and release the brake BEFORE hitting the potholes, you want the wheel to roll in it.
