I haven't gotten it yet. Yes, I'm pissed! I e-mailed spoilerdepot.com to ask if it had shipped. They gave me some vague "soon" answer. I pressed them and they said it would ship out monday because it was backordered.

And they said they pride themselves on quality and service? Lets just hope the quality is not as poor as the service. A consumer should never get "soon" as a form of an answer.

I ordered a spoiler for SpoilerDepot I think on the 25 of May, and it never came. Called customer support 3 times, they said it was backordered the first time, and to call back in 2 days. Called back in 2 days, and they said it would ship in 2 days, call back and I would get a tracking number. Called back in 2 days, nothing. Cancelled the order, and they said I would see the credit in 2 days, we'll see. Good luck to Jim Banville though, hopefully it looks good, good quality as well.

if you had that much of a hard time getting it (hopefully Jim doesnt) but just shell out the extra $$ for the FMM one. they are great with CS. they accualy sent me the wrong one (CLK spoiler) when i contacted them i was called back the next business day, spoke with a woman who set up a UPS pick-up of the wrong one. and had a new one out to me with in a week. great service, and good product.

I went with SpoilerDepot because of price, and the hopes of it shipping in 3-5 business days as advertised. Bad decision. I will try to find a local shop first before going online again. FMM looks like at least a two week wait from order date.

I guess I won't be getting this spoiler right now. Spoilerdepot.com said it would ship out 6/13 (I paid on 6/2). I didn't get a message that the spoiler had shipped yesterday so I e-mailed them that I wanted a refund. I got no response yesterday, but I got the refund today. They did say they would give me a $75 discount when it comes back in stock. I feel sorry for all those other people buying this spoiler from them on eBay expecting reasonably quick service when they make no mention about it being out of stock in their ad's

whats the difference between the c55 spoiler and the one that you can order with the c230? I'm new to the style of spoilers and was wondering if the one i have on my car from the dealership is the same?

I only cancelled the order because (a) their customer service is so bad, it really shook my confidence in their product and (b) I'm pissed at them selling me something they STILL don't even have in stock. They have had several more of these go at eBay and I HIGHLY doubt they mentioned the fact that they were out of stock in the ads.
