a question about the shifter boot...
does anyone know if this can be removed/replaced? i prefer the look of the current shifter, with a burl wood knob of course!

Anything can be replaced with time and money.
What car do you have? I got mine replaced on my car from CST with smurf blue, though I don't recommend that color.

yeah i saw the pics of yours, man it is sweet! i love that color. i currently have a c280 but am considering either a new E or the C32. but i don't like the shifter boot. i like the set up of the current C and E shifter. so i was wondering if it could be replaced with the previous look.
