Which dealer are you dealing with? I find that the one in Richmond is not too upfront about warranty issues. Try the one on Broadway, and go directly to the service department.

Actually it was the W Broadway location I went to. I will try again next week. I'll go directly to the service dept. Those *******s!

Who is your sales? And why did you e-mail him? Car salesman dont like to read e-mails. This is too advance for them.

Just out of curiosity I wonder how stressed your sales person would be if it was your Mercedes Benz emblem on the bonnet (hood) that was coming loose,I feel sure he would want that sorted out for you!!!
