Im planning to order this spoiler from FMM. On their site, they have 3 different spoliers. They look the same but with different part numbers. Does anyone know if there is a difference? Fitment maybe or style that i did not notice?

For people that order from FMM. How was the fitment? Thanks

I have a FMM spoiler. the product is good, paint is good and matches dead on. the fitment is 95% mine fit perfect but the very ends did not. the ends sit like 1/10 of an inch off the car. not a real big deal most people dont even notice it. but i bugged me so im having an auto body shop install it again for me with some hard core glue to make the ends sit flush.

there are 3 on the site and they are all different, the top one is a replica C55 spoiler. the middle is a replica sport sedan spoiler, and the last one i dont remeber lol. basicly this is how it brakes down.

C55: smallest, highest angle, goes on top and back of trunk lid
Sport: bigger, little less angle, goes on top and back of trunk lid but extends further on the top, also is thicker then the c55
Other: only goes on top of the trunk lid.

Has anybody installed one of the FMM spoilers for the Coupe? If so thoughts and impressions?

didn't know ForMyMercedes has Coupé spoilers. Then again, never bothered to check because I've already got an AMG C32 Coupé spoiler.

Don't really like the C55 spoiler. I'm thinking of getting fabulous trunk spoiler. Sorry for the off topic comment.

yea, its either a love it or hate it type thing. i got mine at first i did not like it, but after about a day i loved it. it just adds that little sport flair to the end.

what does the fabulous trunk spoiler look like ?

there was a SPOILER thread a while back that was very helpful because it had pictures of all the spoilers side by side.

Before you order on FMM's website, you might want to call Jerry. As I have mentioned on a few other threads, he is getting the same spoilers but in a different material. It's going to be eurothane and is supposed to be a better material. He did mention that it might adhere better.

if they are eurothane it should fit better because it will be able to flex more.

I'd go with the amg spoiler, it has a nice sharp edge. The MB acc. looks a little "soft" IMO and the others are just a bit to big.

turns out the 2004 MB Accessory Catalog spoiler is the same one AMG used in 2002-2003 on their C32 Sedan sold in Europe.

So here are pics of the 2004 MB Accessory Catalog spoiler / AMG C32 spoiler:
