hey guys i bought tsw bremma 19" rims and everythings perfect but the front bumper inner wall is where the tire rubs only when you turn the wheel it will rub on the outer edge of the wheel on this really smooth piece of plastic. will this hurt the car or wear the tire down quicker and does anyone know about this and if so did you cut that section out? and if so what did you use to cut through that 1/4 inch plastic. thanks allot, andrew

Welcome to the forum. If you use the search feature you will find that several members have expressed misgivings about their 19" and rubbing. Some others as well have offered solutions.

This handy feature might be faster than waiting on an answer.

i remeber a while back someone got the same wheels and had the same problem. all they did was cut a small section out of the plastic fender lining. and fixed the problem

Mine doesn't rub the well plastic liner. It rub on the bolt that hold the well plastic liner.
A box cutter would be sharp enough to cut the plastic liner if you decided to cut it.

ok i cut it all and its not rubbing i cut about a 6" square on each peice. Only thing though is the driver side has the washer bottle there and theres wires going to it will they be safe from water when it rains should i worry about that or worried about like sand hitting it when i drive, cause the direction of the wheel is counterclockwise? also the passenger side has a coolant hose pretty heavy duty do you think that that side will be ok too? both sides are not rubbing anymore just worried about debri and water hitting them do you guys think that stuff will be ok. thanks, andrew
