spacer and bolt size problem

spacer and bolt size problem
hello all,
yesterday i took off my 15 mm H&R spacer off my 01' c240 along with my bolts that i bought for them. i tried to install it on my bro's 02' c230kompressor but the bolt would not reach the hub to screw in. obviously, i need new bolts, longer of course, but is this due to the different offsets? mine is a et35 and his c7 wheel is et37. anyways, i might just sell the spacers along with the bolts, if anybody is interested with the same specs as my c240. and just purchase the 25 mm spacer from h&r that will not need bolts. also, does anybody know where i can get a 5mm spacer and bolts or one that doesn't need new bolts. thanks.
