CDI for C-Class

CDI for C-Class
Is there any news yet about a CDI coming for 2006 for the C-Class?..Just my opinion but it would be great to get a C320 CDI here in North America for people who want the fuel economy of a diesel that are not in the budget range of the E320 CDI.
I know I would like that to be my next car if possible. When I have gone to Europe twice before I saw a lot of C-Class Diesels and made me want one for here in North America.
It would be great to have that instead of looking at Volkswagens....as much as I like the TDI in the VW...I would rather have a diesel in a luxury car.

i like the c-class cdi as well. cdi sure put out lots of torque and their hp is not as bad as the older diesels. IMO though, c320 cdi would be good, but a c30 amg cdi would be better :-)
