Parking brakes

Just had my 2002 C230K differential (3.27) replaced with a 2004 C230K differential (3.46) from European Autohuas in Tampa, Florida and it actually feels slower than before. Here’s a summary of the service I received at $90/hour.
1. Parking brakes worked prior to service and not after service. After store manager (SM) concurs brakes were working, he phones technician for "simple", as stated by SM, adjustment. SM returns call stating that he remembers the car detailer stating the parking brakes were not working and SM forgot to write it up on the ticket as a recommendation. The rear end, which contains the rear brakes, of which the parking brakes are attached to, was required to be removed for repairing the damaged differential, as stated by repair manager (RM). I was quoted 7 hours to remove rear end and drive shaft, since can't be done any other way. SM states repair not performed as quoted; only the damaged part was removed and replaced, contrary to quote.
2. Upon requesting differential repair, I also requested that all other problems, as listed on the labor description, be looked at. If the parking brakes were not working before, I would have requested them to be adjusted, since rear end repairs were being made already.
3. During repairs technician broke wheel stud. Store required me to purchase new ones.
4. Prior to completion, I visited the vehicle and spoke with the technician and RM. The RM showed me several other discrepancies (missing nuts & bolts at several locations under vehicle). I requested that he install the missing hardware. Plastic tie-wraps were installed instead.
5. I pointed out to the RM, two 3" fresh scratches, under right rear fender that were not present prior to repairs. RM said they would attempt to "buff and touch up," however, scratches remain. SM blames flatbed towing for scratches.
6. "Complimentary car wash," used to remove grease and dirt from repairs terrible. The tires were sprayed with shiner, vehicle washed, however, bugs and grease remained.
7. Store attempted to overcharge $100. Store refunded when questioned.
I already filed a complaint with BBB.
Now I need to adjust the parking brakes...
