'05 COMAND installed
Oh yeah, and it cost me 50 bucks to getting it programmed on a local dealer

)and waited 3 hours (1.5 hours waiting for my car's turn) before someone told me it can't be done because they don't want to deal with fiber optics cables
. I actually watched them trying to peel off the central AC vents with some tools without knowing there are screws inside the vent. They really seem kinda lost not knowing what the first thing to take apart.
I should've written a letter to the shop owner.Anyway,so finally I decided to do it myself, the install wasn't too hard. the only things you need are a flathead screwdriver and a T20 screwdriver (I got it from a local ACE store for $5), and probably a flashlight.
Taking apart the central AC vent is somewhat a pain in the A$$. The rest are easy.
The pics below are the "teeths" from the vent

so...stardiag programmingf might definitely be needed in order to get the comand installed succesfully...it depends on the setup of both the car and the comand.
