ultralight wheels for the c-coupe?

what do you think about these two wheels? any other suggestions for ultralight wheels - lighter than the C7 wheels?

carlsson 1/16 ultralights

renntech monolites

btw, i suggest that anyone who attended the philly meet immediately change their wheels from C7 to one of these...

fantasy price

No wheel is worth $1600+ US. I would not pay that for a genuine Formula one wheel.

Buy $50 steel wheels. They have "schtick chic".

i take both or either... except renntech is like 4K for a set and carlsson i dont believe are availble in usa and i believe wheelexperts or tirerack said that ETA is TBD not to mention that they will be very pricey too ...

but if anyone finds either for a good deal i'm in until then ill go w/ "cheapo" nonforged brabus at 350/wheel.

Tirerack has them for $299 for 18x8 and they are closing out the 18x9's for the same price.

I don't know if the MERC center caps will work. You might e-mail Luke at Tirerack with that question.

Unfortunately, the MB caps will not fit and I spent about a month trying to find an aftermarket size that would with no luck.

Here's a link to the SSR's on a Coupe.
