Has anyone seen these before?

I found them on the net last night and apparently all you do is apply them to your existing engine cover with an adhesive- I'm guessing 3M tape, they had sizes for MB V6 and V8 Engines. I was wondering if anyone has seen these before, if they have pics, and what they think of them.

otherwise just buy the damn stickers and put them on your stock air box. It won't look any different, and you might even get a few HP gain !
