does the 3 pointed star on the hood make it a better car?

I don't know what planet you guys are from, but where I live...driving a C Class or a 3 series Bimmer is like driving a camry or an accord.
The only time my C turned heads was when that time I valet my ride at a bar along with 4 other friends..whom also drive Cs (2-C230k & 2-C55) , but then ppl were prbly just looking at the C55s...Pwahahahaha!!!

things with and without wheels
When i was a kid i always wanted a benz. How many acuras were around when you were a kid?
When you own a Benz it shows that you like finer thing in life and you have style. As far as other people's perception of you driving in the Benz they will think however you show your behavior towards others .Minus few exceptions.

That has to be the worst marketing photograph that I've ever seen. Two thumbs down for the one at mercedes that approved that shot.

anyone else's experiences or feelings on driving a mercedes over other brands is appreciated since not everyone cares about status symbols (yeah right) :p

I had a 1998 Nissan Maxima, Manual, Stillen Intake, tower, sway bars, Greddy Exhaust
supposedly the manufactures estimate 0-60 is the same as the c320s...but My view is that...a Jap car is always a Jap car..and German Engineered is always a German Engineered car....Acura is still Honda...its just the "feel" of driving a benz, bmw, audi...etc...its just..."better driving experience" than a light weight fast jap car, So i guess..the silver arrow does change ur view?

yeah when I'm driving a BMW or Benz it just feels SOLID. i've never gotten that with a japanese car. American cars feel more solid than japanese cars but the don't feel very graceful.

Sometimes I still wonder what it feels like to drive the TSX. i-VTEC and the 6spd must be FUN, the aftermarket support, standard HID head lights, and better price. But FWD vehicles really turn me off. :p

I've driven a 2k2 Maxima 6spd in the snow with Bridgestone all season tires and now I have C230 with Blizzaks LM22 snow tires. To be honest, I don't think FWD and RWD cars is really that different in terms of difficulty level. What matters the most is what kind of tires you have on your car. My girlfriend has a 95 Audi A6 Quattro, and it has some wierd Kumho all seasons on it, and let me tell you even though its AWD, I would not want to drive that car in the snow. It GOES no problem, but it doesn't stop well at all!!!
"Ricer" is often miss interpreted for it's actual meaning.....but personally, I don't think I will become what most people call "Ricer" even if I did get a TSX and decide to put a intake, header, exhaust, upgrade ecu, coilover kit, etc.. whatever on it.......then it would make me a "Ricer" Maybe some will?! but who cares......its your car after all. :p
