The control arm bushings are front are ($32) rear are ($60)

Maybe I should change the suspension system to the H&R cup kits?

I should go ahead and change the bushings first right?

well, firstly make sure that it IS the bushings. It's easy once you get you get the car up, just a visual inspection to see if they are in tact or all split. Actually, a better way to tell- when you are stopping (and i mean moving VERY slowly) see if you can get you car to feel kind of stuttery. Not the engine but i mean like just barely jerky forwards and then back. If you are experiencing this then its probably your bushings. ALso, if your bushings go bad then your ball joint tends to go bad after a bit. I believe that they will want to just replace the entire control arms because it's easier. If that's the case then you may be looking at $1200+

bushings will squeak, but they don't make the ride "bumpy"

what springs are you running?? cut springs are the only thing that comes to mind that would make the car "bumpy"

well i know in theory it shouldnt make the ride bumpy... HOWEVER it did mine. I think that is because the bushings are intended to keep two metal bits from hitting each other... when they arent there the metal bits are hitting each other that the vibration of that can be felt. This is my guess as to why I experienced that issue.
