Strange AC Problem

19387 Defective Blower Speed Regulator funciton check blower motor and verified customer complaint. Short test performed using S/D/s, code in CAAC # B1460 A32N1 blower regulator checked voltage to blower regulator, checked OK. Right rear blower motor replaced regulator for intermitttent operation cleared all codes, road tested and checked OK"
Hope your AC stays working until you can get it fixed (then again, if you are spending time in San Diego, you might not ever need the AC -- or the heater for that matter!).

So they replaced the blower and the blower regulator
Under warranty still.
The first two times, the cold air flow restarted soon after it had stopped. Yesterday, in the middle of a major heatwave, it stopped for a good minute. I could hear the fan blowing a lot outside, and the fan shut off when I stopped the AC. After I restarted the AC, everything worked fine.
I'll print out this thread before bringing the car in.
