Hi - I was wondering if anyone knew about how long the MY2006 C-Class vehicles will be offered? I prefer to get a 2006, but just can't afford it yet.
How much time do I have?

This may be a stupid question, but I'm gonna ask it anyway. If I am not able to purchase a 2006 C-Class by the time they go out of production and I find one at my dealer that doesn't have all the bells and whistles I want, can I get the missing factory options installed? Is that extra?

Some of those items the dealer can do, like NAV (If your car has comand).. but if the dealer can't do it, a member on this board travels the world installing factory options and does a great job and at a fair price. He goes by Steve (MBenzNL)..

The '06 model's should be made thru March/April 2006..

 

Thanks for the info. I wish you would've told me August/September 06. Maybe there will be some "leftovers".

 

Typically there's still models left on the lot - I doubt you'll have a problem finding a 2006 MY in Aug 06, but you won't be able to have it built to your wishes... But you'll likely get a good deal on anything left at that time.
