Hey guys,
I was considering an out of state c240 and was wondering if anybody knew if the car was smog legal here in California. Aren't all U.S. bound mercedes CA smog legal?

You can now bring a car from any state to California without a problem. For a while they collected a $ 300. "impact" fee, but the Supreme Court spanked the legislature for violating the commerece clause, and made them give the money back.
