Doug, you can totally tell the difference w/ the bulbs! Can't wait to see the final results...

btw, those are my old headlights. you can see the crack on the passenger side lens. im using those for pics opn ebay to prove the lights themselves work. those light in person seemed so much brighter, and im sure its because of the eyes sensitivity to blue light. either way they look bright to me in person, and seem so much brighter in person than they do in the pic i posted.

Those bulbs look great. Do they take away from the light projected? They run about 115.00 for a set, right? Where is the best place(cheapest)to get them. Cant wait to see your finished car.

apparently they take away some light projected but apparently only noticeable in inclimate weather and in area with bad lighting (ie, country roads) i live in san diego, int he city so we have plenty of lcity lights and hardly rains.

the pair was $249 shipped. i swung a deal thru the body shop though.

Doug, I don't know if you like yellow fogs at all, but I was thinking about it and I think the luminix yellow film would look really good with your car! Just because of the color alone! Just a thought, but figured I'd tell you before they complete the car.

i have polarg yellow bulbs already, for about a year. i transfered the bulbs yesterday from the 2003 fogs to the 2005 and you can really see more of the yellow reflecting inside with the lights off. ill take pics soon. im heading up the body shop in about 5 minutes to see how my car is coming along.

i just got back from the body shop. the car won't be ready until tomorrow. they are going to take it to get detailed tomorrow morning. the parts were being transferred from the old bumper to the new, ie PTS sensors. the new bumper will be on this afternoon and im going to go down after work to take pictures of the facelift. i take some close up pics for you drex so you can see the yellow in the foglights.

well i just got back from the body shop. the bumper is being assembled. the back brace is on, the centre mesh is in. they should have the car back together tomorrow evening (the bumper wasnt on tonight) and then take for detailing on thrusday. here are some pics from tongiht. the centre mesh is ALOT bigger than the old. you can also see how much yellow from the bulbs spills out into the new foglights. much more than before.

also a ferrari which is getting work done there

well not until friday now. Hoehn sent two driver side headlights. the order slip has the p/n for driver and passenger lights, but both lights were driver. here are the latest pics. the centre mesh im having touched up to have those silver edges that come out painted black again. i didnt know they were like that.
