i feel like an idiot asking this but is it possible to get the post facelift instruments (ie. tachometer, speedo etc.) installed on a pre face life sports coupe? it looks a hell of a lot better

You would need to replace the entire top of the dash, as the cowl surrounding the IP is different, and the newer gauges won't fit the old cowling.

Besides, the cost would be huge. Spend that money on some other goodies...Bix, Comand, Overboost pulley.....

Unless you have access to Star Diagnose and are technically adept to MB units, I would stay away from this. In fact, your best bet is to do a search for "Sunman", who is a member on this forum. You'll know what I'm talking about when you find his posts.
