Just buy them at the dealer they are only like $20 each. You will not save much more going after market. You will some hassle though.

In my early years working in the auto detailing field for jaguar, the service dept always sent the windshield chatter and streaking customers my way...I fixed it by taking 0000 steel wool to the windshield. This removes all the contaminants that cannot be removed via soap water.
The 0000 grade steel wool will not harm the windshield.

An old (or new if you're picky) hunk of paint clay will do the same thing and you run much less risk of scratching anything if you get a little too vigorous. I spray it down with liberal doses of Invisible Glass and go to town. Do a few passes in different directions and you should get just about everything. Doesn't hurt to do it in and out on the other windows either.
