moonroof misalignment problem

This is the 2nd time that it has happened. The first time, the moonroof was tilting too high even when fully closed. After MB fixed it, it's now misaligned again...but tilts down a little. The funny thing is that it only happens on the right side. Here's a couple of pics:

This side is NORMAL

IT doesn't cause any wind noise but from an observation point of view, it looks ulgy. Is there any way I can readjust the alignment myself without having to take it to the dealer again? Thanks in advance.

let's hope the misaligned side doesn't leak when it rains.

Don't bother trying to fix it yourself. Take it back to the dealeship and get the misalignment fixed again. When you take it back make sure you tell them its the second time this has happend and to make sure it dosent happend again. Tell them to replace the whole thing if they have to , to assure it dose'nt happend again. My shade in the back jammed twice..

Thanks guys for the suggestion. I've already scheduled an appointment to have it fix again. Hopefully, they'll do it right this time or I'll be really really

*Sigh*, I've had an '06 C280 for just about two weeks -- and you know what? I noticed my sunroof has a weird quirk...when I close it from a "slid open" position, it slides across, then goes up to be flush with the roof (like it should)...but then goes back down and up within a half second...kind of like a speed bump.

Adding to that, I got out and watched it open/close several times and noticed that one side of the sunroof is slightly lower than the other side! ARGH...I'll add this to my 1k mile check-up list. I feel silly complaining about this, but I worry about water getting in...

- Eric

PS - Going to go take some video footage of this strange occurance -- maybe its normal, but I doubt it....once again -- first time Benz owner here.

Couldn't find the thread on re-setting the moon roof. Opens just fine, but when closing, the roof stops about two thirds closed. I have to re-open it and manually hold down the switch. biatch.
Help.
