Heck, if you are in Houston just visit Lee at ASP Racing, they'll make whatever you want. The easy thing to do is buy a factory pulley and tell him how much bigger you want it. Keep in mind that very few places can make a pulley like the factory pulley/damper, you certainly wouldn't want a solid pulley, that hasn't panned out in the past. Most places just weld on a ring to make the factory pulley larger and cut in new grooves and then send it out to be balanced. Good luck, let us know how it works out.
