newbie !!!
Finally got my benz ! got of a 2001 GTI VR6 supercharged stage 2. i got a C230 sport sedan 1.8sc red. love it !
now im looking to get mods for this one. any recomendations as of whats the best chip, suspension, front lip etc etc. . ill post pics later the old car and the new car. im glad to be here !!

chipping : there are 2 that i know of which are powerchip and speedinovation.. i heard and seen and would high recommend speed inovationECU ... jesse and the crew are awesome ...
as for suspension it all depends on your budget... if you dont wanna spend much then you can just get springs :: id recommend HnR springs not bouncy and gives it an aggresive stance.
if money isnt an issue then you can get adjustable COs its starts from Tien basic CO which i believe start @ 800 or around that area.. then goes up the road from HnR KW biltein Pss9 then so on so on..
then as for front lip ... it seem like you got an 05 with amg kit? if so then as of right now they dont have front lip in production for the amg .. but you can vouch a company that can make a custom lip for you.. but you gotta coough up the doh .. if you dont then you can get a brabus front bumper or an expression front... if you dotn have the amg kit.. then there are couple of front lips out there.. like the carlsson front lip or the rieger front lip ...

yeah i have the 05 6speed manual with the AMG kit. from what i can see the brands are pretty much the same as my VW. i have KW silverllines in my GTI. can i get the website for the chips? we have to sent the ECU i imagine. thanks forthe reponse.

you don't send ECU chips.
You get them to plug in, download your ECU code,
they modify it, send it back, and upload to reprogram your ECU.

I don't think they do very many (if any) trips to that part of the East Coast, but I'm pretty sure this (folging mirrors) can be a DIY (Do It Yourself). Only problem is activating it through Star Diagnose System. (Gotta find a Indy shop that has the ability to activate for you, unless your dealership can do it).

That was a lot of information that I ever saw. At least I got some good info out of your post for my ride. I'd like to get the Tein CO's before I get new wheels for my car. I don't want you guys saying my car looks like a 4X4 after I post pics.
