Looks like your front lip already has some dings or is that just the picture/angle?

I'm going to have a custom CF hood, grill, and trunk lid spoiler made for my car, and later on I'll have the interior trim CF overlayed. No sponsors. My patient will be doing the work for me in trade. He's been doing CF/fiberglass work for 20 years. I'm tired of waiting; it's going to take 2 weeks to make a mold of the hood.

That sounds awesome !!
Good deal.
Can't wait to see it... by the way, check out the ALBUM GALLERY on
www.thebenzgroup.org. You can save a bunch of pictures of your Coupé
that were taken on the 15th MB Meet.

Yeah, I can't wait. First hood and grill, then trunk lip and interior overlays. I'm deciding on what kind of weave pattern I want and whether to use CF, CF/colored kevlar, or maybe silver fiberglass/hexel tex). I know it's probably going to be a 1x1 weave though, more conservative looking.

Update: My shrick camshafts are coming in tomorrow to HOP. Josh R at HOP is doing all the work. He is also getting custom C32 headers made. They are different from Supersprint and Evosport headers. They will be ceramic coated, thermobaric coated shorty style equal length headers. They are also going to be wrapped in heat resistant material. They will provide more HP gain than unequal length headers from the other manufacturers. Cost will be $1800. If anybody wants to get these headers, please contact me or Josh R at House of Power for more information.
Just as a comparison, these headers will provide more HP gain for the money, about +25HP. Supersprint headers costs $2200-2800 and don't provide as much HP gain. Also, the primary tubing on these headers will be slightly larger than Evosport headers for better flow.
These headers might also work on normally aspirated V6 C320 M112 engines.

Update:
The header design was revised after talking with Josh R. They are going to be unequal length shorty headers. Everything else has remained unchanged, except the cost. They will cost $1150. Josh said that the equal length headers would provide only a marginally higher HP gain than the unequal length, about 3HP difference. The cost to produce equal length headers would be a few hundred dollars more, about $1800 for the equal length headers. They are going to be made of mild steel, with a ceramic outside coating and thermobaric inside coating. Hopefully with the lower price, people might be more interested. I'm still going to get a set for myself.![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Oh yeah, the primary tube diameter will be 1.75 inches in diameter. The primary tubes on the Evosport shorty headers are 1.625 inches in diameter. Larger primary tubes are better for FI motors.

$1150 is a lot of money, but in comparison to Supersprint SS headers at $2200, it's a good deal. You could use the money saved on these headers by getting a pulley kit. I think the installation cost would be low, since all you need to do is lift up the car and unbolt all the flanges, remove the stock manifold, replace with the headers and bolt it back up. It shouldn't be too difficult, but I'm not entirely sure.
FrankW, If you could help arrange a group buy, that would be great.

Update:
Here's a pic of my supercharger after port and polish. Intake flow increased by 18%. Nice, smooth, and shiny ports...
The ports used to look like the outside casting surface, very rough. All in all, Josh R did a great job on it...
