I just wanted to say hi. I'm new to the forum. I just picked up a 2006 C230 and I'm lovin it. I also have a 2002 GTI and a 2006 R6. I'm not sure what plans if any I have for the car but I don't know if I can hold out.

In all fairness, a lot of the newbies that have been coming on lately are actually introducing themselves first before asking the redundant questions.
It's usually the ones with the first post and new thread saying, "What mods are available for the C Class" or "I want to lower my car, but I don't know what is out there". These are the ones that will most likely get harsh reactions (i.e. STFF, RTFM, etc...).
At least if a newbie starts a thread just saying hello and introducing themselves, it allows people the opportunity to make them aware of the different things that have been discussed numerous amount of times (i.e. suspension, Star Diagnose changes, exhaust, bulbs, spoilers, body kits, etc...)
If people look at my "introduction" post, I clearly state that I know how to use the search function!...LOL...I'm sure that every veteran of this forum would appreciate newbies that come on and state that they know how to do this (including, bringing up old posts to clarify or quantify information).
