Oh man of course! Love megaman.. and then 3D came out.. and then sidescrollers again thank god. I stil think megaman IV was the best. Anyway, I know 4/5 (or 6) of the people in that group buy, and the performance kit is excellent. Minor tweaks and adjustments of course, since I was the guinea pig, but someone had to do it to get the ball rolling, right?

There are videos here, hosted by my good friend Tom (nukblazi - search this name with Kleemann). Check them out. Stock '05K vs mine a day after it was installed. I think the videos speak for themselves.

Thanks mig888. I talked to another Kleemann authorized performance shop today and he told me that the other shop that quoted me via email was about right on with pricing for the kit. He also mentioned that the actual HP gain is about 15 not 20. At $2100 without installation, that's about $140 per HP which again seems quite high for the increase in performance.

Kleemann is an excellent product which I'm well aware of but it has to come down in pricing eventually. A couple of questions I have in mind from reading on other threads:

1. They say the M271 is naturally tuned to it's limits and a pulley set would add even more stress to the engine but then again those posts where from December of last year. Any truth to this?

2. Since I don't have DVD navigation or some mack daddy a.v. system, would the loss of alternator power be that noticable? And what if one upgrades to a custom nav or av unit?

3. How much louder is the engine noise after the pulley mod. One can always dynamat their ride especially with a loud exhaust installed but is it that loud?

4. Yo, let's start a group buy on a Kleemann kit! Anyone!!
