Oh No!
Driving my brand new 06 c230 today and my car brakes! like im driving and pushing the gas pedal and it goes a little bit and then the car goes into neutral! WTF gay *** ****! that really pissed me off lemme tell you! n e ideas wtf this is ? my sales rep said that if it does it again let him know and he'll get it fixed 4 me ..... so ill c after work!

That's not right. I would bring it in ASAP. Don't even speculate or see if it happens again. Have them inspect it before the problem comes up again.

Don't "c after work", insist that you have them look at it ASAP, today or tomorrow. This really sucks since it's a brand new car. Hope you get a loaner while it's being checked out.

Tomorro 7.30 am loaner ready and they said its probably the tranny fluid. They said when they come in the fluids cold and the levels are fine but when the engines actaully working the levels r off. So there you go. Wish me luck ..... gonna need it

Got it.....but after i had to complain. They said they ran low on loaners and then stated my age saying theres more ppl who NEED loaners and i dont NEED a loaner. I simply told them if they dont fix everything completely and do my welcome checkup and fix my mirror that didnt adjust when i put it in reverse...that i was going to get out of my lease due to negligence and arrogence. Was a little annoyed....but got a 06 blk on blk c280 luxury edition w/ 480 miles. I enjoy it....im jealous its got the lighting package(trying to figure a way to swap them lol) But yea its ok hopefully ill get mine back asap ... i miss em =)

Doesn't it strike you as odd that if indeed it is a fluids level problem in the transmission that was causing it to drop into neutral that it wouldn't hurt the transmission?
